Kris Jenner Fires Entire Security Team and Hires Kanye West

After Tuesday’s ordeal, Kris Jenner is livid. Pop&Press reported earlier this week, that a “Kardashian-obsessed” man snuck into Jenner’s home, posing as one of the Christmas decorators, to meet Kris, herself. While that’s scary in itself, Kim Kardashian was also home at the time with baby Saint West.

Following the event, Kris Jenner has fired her entire security team, claiming there were policies in place to prevent such occurrences and their reasoning for why their 24-hour surveillance failed was not good enough.
In their absence, Kanye, who is equally livid, brought in his personal security team – comprised of off-duty cops – to keep an eye on the family, as Kim continues to live with their two children at Kris’ estate.
Team Kanye is a temporary fix, until Kris finds a suitable team.

Technology Allows Amazon to Protect its Drones From Your Guns

Amazon filed a patent with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office that documents the methods and systems that would be put in place in the event that unmanned drones could face some danger in the wild.

The primary piece of technology gleaned from the patent documents is the idea of a mesh network between the drones (or uncrewed autonomous vehicles). In the proposed system, the drones can link up to each other and communicate data, such as location and other physical positions. If one drone doesn’t receive proper data from another, it can assume that one has been compromised and actions can be taken.
The other UAVs in the network can then help the compromised drone to get to safety. A “fail-safe mode” can help them land in a safe location and allows other drones to provide surveillance.
The mode can also direct a UAV to take “evasive maneuvers, navigate to a safe landing or parking zone for inspection, and so forth” if a person, for example, tries to throw something at it.
To detect foreign objects, the drones would be equipped with “proximity sensors” that use all kinds of detection (radio frequencies, sonar, both optical and acoustic sensors, etc.each individual). Then they could take the appropriate actions.
The drones probably wouldn’t be able to evade a bullet if it knocked them out of the sky. With this technology, Amazon seems less worried about each drone and more focused on catching perpetrators and keeping an eye on a pack of them. If one drone in the group is knocked out, the rest of them can receive the data and figure out where the last known location of it was, and what, if anything, took it out.
This allows an Amazon employee can go and retrieve the drone. Other features in the patent can alert local authorities to the incident and deploy small, crash-landing air bags.

I Will Not Kill Myself To Win Ballon D'or. -Neymar

Barcelona star Neymar has downplayed the importance of the Ballon d'Or and is adamant it would not be a problem for him if he never wins it.
The Brazil international had to settle for fifth place in the 2016 award, with Cristiano Ronaldo beating Lionel Messi and Antoine Griezmann to win the award.
Neymar, however, has stressed he will not lose any sleep over whether he will ever lift the trophy.
"I am very happy in Barcelona, at this team and with the life I have," the 24-year-old told the official La Liga website.
"Of course, it is my goal to win the Ballon d'Or, but I am not going to kill myself for it.
"I want to be happy and I am happy here at Barcelona. It is not a problem if I do not win the Ballon d'Or.
"I do not play football to win the Ballon d'Or. I play football to be happy, because I love it and want to play football.
"Winning the Ballon d'Or is the consequence of your work. Unfortunately, only one person can win it and Leo Messi is the best."

Bob Bradley Sacked By Swansea City Football Club.

Swansea City has fired manager Bob Bradley after two months on the job as the first American to manage in the Premier League, the club announced on Tuesday.
Swansea City suffered its third consecutive loss with a 4–1 defeat by West Ham. It marked Bradley's seventh loss in 11 games as manager.
Bradley was hired to replace Francesco Guidolin in October over Steve Kaplan and Jason Levien.
Before arriving in the Premier League, Bradley was coaching Le Havre in the French second division. Bradley took over a Swansea side that sits 17th in the table and were just outside the relegation zone only on goal difference.
Swansea City is now second-from-last Premier League and four points adrift of safety.

Bayern will be a laughing stock if they don't win the title - Matthaus

Carlo Ancelotti and Bayern Munich will be a laughing stock if they fail to lift the Bundesliga title this season, according to Lothar Matthaus.
Bayern have had uncharacteristic stutters in the first half of the 2016-17 campaign with Champions League defeats to Atletico Madrid and Rostov and a 1-0 Bundesliga loss to Borussia Dortmund.
There were also surprise home draws with Cologne and Hoffenheim, but a run of six wins in a row - including a 3-0 victory over surprise title contenders RB Leipzig - ensured they reached the mid-season break with a three-point lead at the summit.
Ancelotti calls for improvement
Matthaus expects the second-half of the season to be just as tough for Bayern, but says they must win a fifth successive league title to avoid ridicule in Germany.
"The laughter in Germany will be enormous if Bayern fail to win the Bundesliga title with this great squad," the Bayern great told TZ .
"Ancelotti would fail to do something that [Pep] Guardiola has done in passing. That's why officially the Bundesliga title is the top priority.
"Although I think that this looks different internally. If you guarantee Bayern a title right now, they will opt for the Champions League."
He added: "I am really looking forward to the second part of the season because finally the Bundesliga has not been decided in the winter.
"That's good for football, for the fans and for FC Bayern, too. They are now forced to give 100 per cent in every match of the second half of the season.
