Ghana winger Christian Atsu finally made his competitive appearance for Bournemouth after featuring in their 4-0 demolishing over Hartlepool United in the English League Cup on Tuesday.
The 23-year-old was only making his first appearance for the Club since the commencement of the new season.
The on loan Chelsea player played an instrumental role for his side by assisting the final goal which eventually qualified them to the next round of the competition.
French attacker Yann Kermorgant opened the scoring for the away team on the half hour mark before Dan Gosling added the second for Eddie Howe’s side.
Junior Stanislas however scored two more goals to help Bournemouth secure a vital away win as they book their place to the third round of the League Cup.
Atsu who had been on the sidelines for close to four weeks enjoyed 77 minutes of the game for his side before being substituted by Scottish winger Matt Ritchie.
