A group of terrorists attacked a crowd of people at the Eagles of Death Metal show last Friday night. The gunmen killed 89 people at the show.
One of those people was Antoine Leiris’s wife, Helene Muyal-Leiris, so he decided to write a letter to ISIS, the terrorist group responsible for his wife’s death.
He posted the letter titled ‘You Will Not Have My Hatred’ on Facebook, so all of his family and friends could read it.
Though it was written in French, there is an option to translate the letter in the language of your choosing.
Although he admits that he does feel some pain from the loss, he knows this pain will be short-lived.
His Facebook post went viral and has been shared over 190,000 times. Many people have been praising him for his strong words and are sending him their condolences.
